With a background in creative and digital arts, and a Level 5 Professional Certificate in Social Media, she combines technical skill with a strong understanding of how content performs across platforms. Her work focuses on creating engaging, visually-led outputs that support wider campaign thinking.

Her Culture Smart approach is grounded in understanding how content is experienced, not just created. She focuses on making sure what we produce feels relevant, recognisable and aligned to how audiences actually engage. Chanelle brings creativity and care to every brief.

Outside work, she enjoys her daily dose of matcha, sausage dogs, and Pilates.
