Brooke leads the strategic direction of The Orchard, shaping how we think, position and grow as an agency.

With over 20 years in communications and Chartered status, she knows communications should do more than fill space, they should shape understanding, build trust and move people to act. She brings calm, confident leadership and a clear sense of direction.

Her Culture Smart approach is about reading the room before speaking, combining insight, instinct and experience to create work that actually lands. Brooke also leads The Orchard’s GEO and AI Audit offer, helping clients understand how their story shows up in an AI-shaped world.

Away from Orchard, Brooke is a mum of two boys and is a business community leader through her role as President at Guernsey Chamber of Commerce, working with stakeholders across the island to benefit Guernsey PLC.
