Case study
Launching Sure by Beyon
Driving awareness and engagement across the islands.
See the resultsQueens Road Medical Practice needed a modern, user-friendly website to replace its outdated site. The existing website had become difficult to navigate, hard to update and no longer reflected the quality of care provided by the practice. The challenge wasn’t just design. It was coordination. The Orchard was tasked with managing the project alongside Two Degrees North on design and Submarine on development, ensuring a smooth launch, a strict delivery timeline and a website that would be easier for patients and staff to use day to day.
Using Culture Smart™ thinking, we focused on usability first. Patients don’t visit medical websites to be impressed. They visit to find answers quickly, complete tasks easily and reduce stress. We carried out a full content audit, identifying what needed rewriting, restructuring, migrating or removing entirely to improve the overall experience.
The Orchard then managed the project across all parties, coordinating between Queens Road Medical Practice, Two Degrees North and Submarine to keep the process moving clearly and efficiently from planning through to launch.
Alongside overseeing content migration and launch delivery, we continue to manage and maintain the website to ensure information stays accurate, accessible and up to date.
Strong feedback from both patients and the client team around usability, design and performance
Multiple suppliers and stakeholders brought together through one coordinated delivery process
The practice now has a website that supports day-to-day operations, rather than slowing them down
Culture Smart™ thinking meant focusing less on digital trends and more on how people actually use healthcare websites in everyday life. The Orchard helped Queens Road Medical Practice create a site built around real patient behaviour: clear information, simple journeys and fewer barriers to getting things done.
